Yes, your Customer Administrator has access to pay one or multiple invoices online if your account is in good standing by accessing the Customer Database at this link:

https://cmbs-admin-al.cdc.nicusa.com/al/cust-admin/login.html

If the customer's account has been suspended due to non-payment, he will need to mail a check to the remittance address on his invoice. 

If the customer would like to pay ASAP

The call center agent can also provide the following information in a request to Alabama Interactive if the customer would like to pay in full for immediate re-activation as soon as possible.

  • customer's name
  • customer's phone number
  • Include the description:
    • Customer requesting immediate payment in full by phone as soon as possible
