Payment/Refund Issues

No refunds allowed, unless the transaction was processed due to an application or technical error.  In such cases fill out of Refund Request form or have the customer email support@alabamainteractive.org

Result/Document Issues

Users are presented with a receipt and can print it out in the form of a pdf hyperlink on the receipt confirmation page.  The user is also sent an email with a copy of their receipt.

For password resets for subscribers, have subscribers email the request to subscriptions@alabamainteractive.org
