Payment/Refund Issues

Refund policy: There are no refunds issued for successful transactions.

Duplicate charges and system errors will be handled on a case by case basis.

If the caller is referring to a $20-$22 driver's manual or guidebook- this is from a separate website that is not affiliated with any state agency. If they are requesting a refund, the customer will need to reach out to the other company directly. We will not be able to process refunds for these charges.

Result/Document Issues

The license or ID card will be mailed to the individual within 3 to 4 weeks of a successful transaction online. A temporary Id will be available upon completion. This temporary license is good for 30 days. Within this time, the permanent license should arrive to the mailing address listed on the application.
