Screen Stopped While Saying Please Wait

If the user has entered all of their personal information and clicked continue, but the screen is stuck on the page saying "Please wait while your request is being processed..."

Step-by-step guide

  1. The user's session has most likely froze. It generally does not take more than 2 minutes to process their request.
  2. They will need to close their web browser, and return to the application 1 hour later.
  3. If they attempt to return to the website before their active session has expired, they will receive and error stating:
     "A pending transaction already exists for license number 1234567. This pending transaction will expire after 1 hour of inactivity. Please try again after 1 hour."
  4. This session will expire and they will be able to return to the application to renew this license properly.
  5. If they encounter the same issue again, they may need to use a different web browser, such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
