Payment/Refund Issues

Refund policy: 

All refunds must be approved by the Alabama Department of Agriculture and Industries.  Create Further Action Required for all refund request.

Result/Document Issues

Licensees are able to print a copy of their certificate and receipt on the receipt confirmation page upon successful payment.

Login Issues

If a licensee cannot login, there is a search feature located on the login page.
