All refunds must have the Board's approval. Refund requests can be sent to support@alabamainteractive.org,

Result/Document Issues

The certificate is available for download at the completion of the renewal. A link is provided on the receipt page to download this certificate. If the user fails to download the certificate at that time, an email is also sent to the provided email address, providing the link there to download the license
