Non-Licensee Account Types:
Initial: Non-Licensee, needs to complete initial application
Exam: Non-Licensee, completed initial application, has not yet purchased Exams
Exam TOC: Non-Licensee TOC, completed initial application, has not yet purchased Exams
Reciprocity: Non-Licensee, completed reciprocity application
Reexam (Paper): Non-Licensee, completed paper initial application
Reexam: Non-Licensee, completed initial application, has purchased Exams previously.

Here are the two types that people can sign up as for ASBPA prior to becoming a licensee. If they select 'no' on the bold question below, the system will assume they are a first time applicant.
A lot of people are completing this incorrectly (we are working on wording clarification and an admin feature to update the account type without creating a ticket).

If someone calls and states that their account is only allowing them to purchase an initial $120 application and they need the reexam $75 + exam $204 we will need to create a ticket to have their account type changed. Please get their email address and Jurisdiction ID.

Setup Account > Enter Email > Create and Confirm Password > DO YOU HAVE A CERTIFICATE OR A LICENSE WITH ASBPA? (NO) > HAVE YOU ALREADY COMPLETED AN INITIAL PAPER FORM? (NO) > Continue

Reexam (Paper): Non-Licensee, completed paper initial application
Setup Account > Enter Email > Create and Confirm Password > DO YOU HAVE A CERTIFICATE OR A LICENSE WITH ASBPA? (NO) > HAVE YOU ALREADY COMPLETED AN INITIAL PAPER FORM? (YES) > Enter Jurisdiction ID > Enter SSN (last 4) > Continue
