Allows users to purchase their Trip and Fuel Permits online
Payment/Refund Issues
Refund policy:
All refunds must be approved by the Alabama Department of Revenue. Please create a Refund Request ticket when a customer is requesting a refund.
Result/Document Issues
The Trip and/or Fuel Permits are NOT mailed. The permit is available on the receipt confirmation page. The customer will not be able to access the permit/receipt confirmation page after they leave the page.
- All permits are good for seven (7) days and they must be obtained before a registrant enters into the State of Alabama.
- Permits issued in lieu of apportioned (IRP) or full registration and motor fuel tax licensing (IFTA).
