Payment/Refund Issues
Refund policy:
Customers who want to request a refund for their IFTA license payment should be directed to the Alabama Department of Revenue, 334-242-2999.
Result/Document Issues
IFTA Licenses are distributed by the Alabama Department of Revenue. If a customer has not received his license, he'll need to contact ADOR at 334-242-2999.
If the User is unsure whether a payment was successful, create a further information required ticket providing us with the last 4 digits of their credit card or bank account number. We will confirm and contact the customer.
Login Issues
Users who are unable to login should be directed to the Alabama Department of Revenue at 334-242-2999.
