For questions regarding the Outdoor Alabama Pocket Ranger mobile app, please advise customers to email support@alabamainteractive.org or create a further action ticket.
When creating a further action ticket, please collect as much information from the customer to best assist them including the model and version number of their device as well as the section of the app in which they are experiencing issues.
