SOS Merchant Service

Alabama Interactive provides merchant services (ie. payment processing) for other SOS online services.  These payments are submitted thru non-AI websites or applications.  Customers will call in asking about a charge on their credit/debit card; and the payment is categorized as 'SOS Merchant Service'.  Customers should contact SOS's office to receive an explanation for what the payment was for at 334-242-5324.  There is no way for AI to determine what the transaction was for.  Provide the customer with their receipt confirmation number before pushing them to SOS.
