If the customer says they are being told to see an examiner because their "insurance" is incomplete.
The user has misread the error message that is displayed to them. The actual error states: "The issuance is incomplete, You must see an examiner"
The application for driver's license does not check any insurance information. There will be no point at which the user will be asked for any insurance information.
If the user is receiving this error, the user will not be able to renew online and will need to visit their local licensing office to renew this license. For more information, see the below article "Why must I go to an Examiner?"
