If the customer needs to change any of their information (Name, Address, Photograph, etc.)

Step-by-step guide

 

  1. Inform caller that they cannot change any information via the application and will have to renew their license in person.
  2. Direct caller to visit their local licensing office in order to update their information and renew this license, or to contact Alabama Law Enforcement Agency at 334-517-2800.
