Explain to the caller that the Driver's License Passbook is a digital Drivers license copy provided in addition to the hard copy of your drivers license at no charge to users who renew their driver's license online via the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency online renewal application.
Explain that the use of the Digital Copy is completely optional, and will only download onto a smartphone.
