Alabama Interactive provides subscription based services for several Agencies. If the customers have any questions about their account, need a password reset, or are having issues accessing any of their services, please create a further action required ticket so that we are able to contact the customer.
Please obtain their Customer Account number, company name, and a brief description of the issue the customer is experiencing.
