How do I update my users?

The customer may have a user to be removed or added to a subscription account. 

Step-by-step guide

a. The customer can email subscriptions@alabamainteractive.org with his update to the Alabama Interactive Customer Support team including his customer account number. 

OR

b. The call center agent can log a request with the following information:

To deactivate a user(s) include:

  • the username(s) to make inactive

To add a new user include:

  • first name
  • last name
  • user's email address
  • user's phone number

From the information received, Alabama Interactive will create a unique username and temporary password.

The customer will receive an automatic ticket number in an auto-reply and one of the Alabama Interactive Customer Support agents will reply once the request has been processed.
