How do I cancel my subscription?

Note
To cancel a subscription, it is required Alabama Interactive has the request in writing from the subscriber. Alabama Interactive cannot process this request if it comes in a ticket from the call center agent.
Cancellation requests cannot be verbally accepted over the phone.
The customer can email his request to subscriptions@alabamainteractive.org including his customer account number. He will receive an automatic ticket number in an auto-reply and one of Alabama Interactive's Customer Support agents will reply once the request has been processed.
