Step-by-step guide

 

  1. Confirm caller has received email confirmation of receipt.
  2. Direct caller to visit alabamainteractive.org/dl_renewal , choose "Driver's License" and "Temporary Reprint", and fill out the required information. 
  3. If caller is still receiving an error, create further action ticket.
