How do I purchase a statewide list?

Users purchase a Voter List by selecting search criteria. This search criteria is what makes up the list they will download. If users would like to purchase the statewide list for all voter records in the state of Alabama, they will should continue without entering any search criteria to narrow down their search. In other words, they should select "Continue," leaving the Search Options page blank.
