What if my file doesn't download?
Users may call in saying they are unable to download their file.
Step-by-step guide
- Direct them to the "Look-up Previously Purchased Documents" at the bottom of the welcome page.
- They will be required to enter their Order ID to look up the list. The Order ID is located on the receipt confirmation page as well as the emailed receipt.
- User will be presented with a ZIP file of their voter list.
- Users will have 7 days to access their list. After 7 days, they will be required to purchase a new list.
If users do not have their Order ID or are still unable to download the list, create a Further Action Required ticket.
