If the customer is attempting to report their fertilize tonnage, but cannot log in because they do not know their "Company ID".

Step-by-step guide

  1. Please obtain the following information from the customer and create a Further Action Required ticket.
    1. Customer's name, phone number, email address, and company's name.
  2. We will locate the ID and provide it to the customer.
