ADOR eBuy - Closed Bid Property Auction
Work Flow:

Create Account > Validate Email Address > Add Bank to Wallet ($8.00 Initial Account, $5.00 Additional Account) >
Bid on Property (10% of bid due) > Bid Closed > 10 Day (not business days) Grace Period until winner is announced  >
Auction Losers > Refund 10% (7-10 business days)
Auction Runner-up > Funds are held for 30 days, waiting on winner to make payment 
Auction Winner > 30 Days to pay 90% (payment on User Account Portal, Bid History)

If the winner makes the payment within 30 days, the runner-up will be refunded their 10% bid amount. 
If the winner does not make the payment, the runner-up now has the opportunity to pay 90% within 30 days

90% Payment > 10 Day (not business days) Grace Period > Transfer funds to disbursement account for ADOR to collect 

Tax Extension 
Extension tax payments will apply to the past or current tax year.

Missed Deadline?

My Alabama Taxes will allow them to make payments online, with the Tax Hotline for over phone payment or via mail ADOR, PO Box 327410, Montgomery, AL  36132-7410.

Incorrect Payment?
Taxpayer can request to move the payment.   The request can be sent via the taxpayer’s My Alabama Taxes account or via mail ADOR, PO Box 327410, Montgomery, AL  36132-7410.

Non US Payment?
ADOR doesn’t accept any payments from a foreign bank because of exchange rate issues. The only other alternative is the taxpayer can contact their bank to see if they have a sister bank in the US that could assist in making the payment.


Tax Estimation
Estimation tax payments will apply to the next (future) tax year. 

Missed Quarter?
Payments can be made in any quarter, ask the tax payer to select the next quarter and apply the payment here. If they have questions, send to ADOR.

ADOR Reports


One Spot Reports: Reports for all state-administered local sales, use, rental and lodgings taxes, as well as, non-state administered sales, use, rental and lodgings taxes.


WRAP Reports: Sales taxes collected by retailers and submitted to the state of Alabama to finance the services provided to Alabamians
Users often call the Business License Upload, WRAP

Business License Upload (MBLU): new licenses and renewals issued on or after October 1, 2019 will be due on or before the 20th day of the next month in which the license is issued. Municipalities can upload via CSV or TXT.

Seeing Errors?
Ask the locality to email the import to support@alabamainteractive.org. Test importing on test.alabamainteractive.org/ador_reports to see what error the municipality is seeing.

Can't find reports?
Ask the locality to look at 'Return' records, this will display all payments made. 

Construction Fees
If they have made too little or too much of a payment, they can remove or add the missing fee the following quarter.
