Payment/Refund Issues
Refund policy: All refunds must first be approved by the Alabama Department of Public Health.
Result/Document Issues
A receipt will be provided upon completion of a payment.
Login Issues
The customer must contact AllKids directly to obtain their child's Contact ID or receive a status update on their application or renewal. 334-242-5300, ask for the All Kids Division.
