Customer is unable to open or view their copies of documents
Step-by-step guide
- Ask the customer if they've installed the latest version of Adobe Reader to their computer.
- Customers can visit http://get.adobe.com/reader/ to download Adobe Reader for free.
- Links are also located on the receipt page and the Business Entity Record Copies menu.
- Once downloaded, have the customer save their document pdf file to their desktop.
- From their desktop, ask the customer to right click on the document icon and select 'Open with'
- A dialog box will appear, have the customer go thru the list and select Adobe Reader
- The document will open up and the customer can print them from there.
