Customers have 15 days to download their documents from the Secretary of State's website after they purchase them.

Result/Document Issues
Users is presented with the certificate in the form of a pdf hyperlink on the receipt confirmation page. The user is also sent an email with a copy of their receipt and a link to download the documents.
When documents are illegible/corrupt or the image could not be found, fill out aFurther Assistance Required form or have the user emailsupport@alabamainteractive.org.
Login Issues
For password resets for subscribers, have subscribers email the request to subscriptions@alabamainteractive.org
