A customer has completed a transaction and is now requesting a refund.
Step-by-step guide
- Inform the customer that, per ADOE's refund policy, no refunds are allowed unless the transaction was processed due to an application or technical error.
- In cases of technical error fill out a Refund Request form or have the customer email support@alabamainteractive.org
- If the customer would like more information regarding the Department of Education's refund policy, or would like to request a refund directly, have them contact ADOE at 334-353-8567.
The customer accepted the following Certification Statement at the beginning of the application: "I understand that no refunds will be issued for online payments."
