A customer has completed a transaction and is now requesting a refund.

Step-by-step guide

 

  1. Inform the customer that, per ADOE's refund policy, no refunds are allowed unless the transaction was processed due to an application or technical error.
  2. In cases of technical error fill out a Refund Request form or have the customer email support@alabamainteractive.org
  3. If the customer would like more information regarding the Department of Education's refund policy, or would like to request a refund directly, have them contact ADOE at 334-353-8567.

 

The customer accepted the following Certification Statement at the beginning of the application: "I understand that no refunds will be issued for online payments."
