Application Description & URL
Allows Alabama residents to renew their drivers license and state id cards online.
Payment/Refund Issues
Refund policy: There are no refunds issued for successful transactions.
Duplicate charges and system errors will be handled on a case by case situation.
Result/Document Issues
The license or ID card will be mailed to the individual within 3 to 4 weeks of a successful transaction online. A temporary Id will be available upon completion. This temporary license is good for 30 days. Within the time, the permanent license should arrive to the mailing address listed on the application.
