Problem

This is usually a question that comes after someone has seen a charge on their credit card to "Alabama Interactive" or "State of Alabama" and are not sure what it is.

Solution

Note

Alabama Interactive is NOT a state agency, but we are a third party who partners with state agencies to provide online services on their behalf.

To troubleshoot what the payment is for, follow these steps.

  1. Did you recently renew a professional license within the state of Alabama?

    1. if no, continue

  2. Did you recently purchase an Alabama hunting or fishing license?

    1. if no, continue

  3. Would you like me to look up the charge for you?

    1. if yes, continue
  4. Enter a Further Action Required Ticket. 
    1. amount of transaction
    2. date of transaction
    3. last 4 digits of the card used for the purchase
  5. The caller will receive communication with this information from the Alabama Interactive Customer Support team.

 

This online service is provided by Alabama Interactive, LLC, a third party, working under a contract awarded and administered by Alabama's Department of Finance as authorized under contract number T001. The online price of items or services purchased through Alabama.gov, the state's official web portal, includes funds used to develop, maintain, enhance and expand the service offerings of the state's portal.
