Problem

User has purchased a UCC document(s) and is unable to view/print thing filing because the PDF is corrupt or the image could not be found.

Solution

  1. Have the customer save the pdf file to their desktop, then open it.
    1. Sometimes the web browser will distort the image.
  2. If the document is still unavailable to the customer, open up a ticket.
    1. Please get the receipt confirmation number, UCC filing number and date of the document.
