This Application allows Engineering and Land Surveying Firms to renew their Certificate of Authorization with the state.
Payment/Refund Issues
Refund policy:
All refunds must be approved by the Board. If the customer is requesting a refund, complete a Refund Request form, or have them email support@alabamainteractive.org
For login issues or payment errors, fill out a Further Action required form or have them email support@alabamainteractive.org
Result/Document Issues
Certificates will be available for download upon completion of payment.
Login Issues
If the firm is having issues logging in, create a Further Action Required ticket providing us with the customer's first and last name, phone number, email address, and certificate number. We will contact customer with the information needed to log in.
