Customer is unable to open or view their copies of documents, or the file opens but is illegible due to blanked out pages or black lines through the text.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Ask the customer if they've installed the latest version of Adobe Reader to their computer. 
    1. Customers can visit http://get.adobe.com/reader/ to download Adobe Reader for free.
    2. Links are also located on the receipt page and the Business Entity Record Copies menu.
  2. Once downloaded, have the customer save their document pdf file to their desktop.
  3. From their desktop, ask the customer to right click on the document icon and select 'Open with'
    1. A dialog box will appear, have the customer go thru the list and select Adobe Reader
  4. The document will open up and the customer can print them from there.

If the customer continues to have issues accessing the document, have them either contact Support@alabamainteractive.org or create a Further Action Required ticket and we will contact the customer.
