Payment/Refund Issues
No refunds allowed, unless the transaction was processed due to an application or technical error. Such cases should be forwarded to Alabama Interactive at support@alabamainteractive.org
Result/Document Issues
Users is presented with a receipt and can print it out in the form of a pdf hyperlink on the receipt confirmation page. The user is also sent an email with a copy of their receipt.
Login Issues
Reset passwords for subscribers. Have subscribers email the request to support@alabamainteractive.org
