A customer has completed a transaction and is now requesting a refund.

Step-by-step guide

 

  1. Inform the customer that, per Per ADOE's refund policy , no refunds are allowed unless the transaction was processed due to an application or technical error.
  2. In cases of technical error fill out a Refund Request form or have the customer email support@alabamainteractive.org
  3. If the customer would like more information regarding the Department of Education's refund policy, or would like to request a refund directly, have them contact ADOE at 334-353-8567.
