  1. Direct them to the "Look-up Previously Purchased Documents" at the bottom of the welcome page. 
  2. They will be required to enter their Order ID to look up the list. The Order ID is located on the receipt confirmation page as well as the emailed receipt.
  3. User will be presented with a ZIP file of their voter list.
  4. Users will have 7 days to access their list. After 7 days, they will be required to purchase a new list.

If users do not have their Order ID or are still unable to download the list, create a Further Action Required ticket.
