The Alabama Secretary of State now offers lenders or businesses who frequently submit UCC-1 and/or UCC-3 filings online access. This system also allows you to process UCC Searches faster and more conveniently.

For access to this service, subscribers will need

  1. A bank account that will allow for ACH debits 
  2. A credit card to set-up the account (not used for regular billing). 
    1. Bank accounts will be debited daily as the service is used. 
    2. The user can go to the following link to become a subscriber: 
      1. Go to www.alabama.gov
      2. Click Professional in the middle of the page
      1. In the Online Services section on the right side, click Subscriptions
