@Dustin McKee | Custodian User- Welcome Email- Waiting on content of this email from Pam When is email sent? Create a user, email is not sent to new user until user is “Activated” Welcome email for everyone.
 The securities tab is not necessary. Transaction History tab should remain.  why is “QPD Securities” and “QPD Transaction History” included on this page? Those tabs may be viewed after the Custodian clicks on one of the Associated QPD links and is acting as the QPD.

| Outstanding questions for SAFE Welcome email wording | https://alabamainteractive.atlassian.net/browse/TSP-669 Question for Treasury. If we move a status from ‘Active’ to ‘Active-QPD Agent’ does the user need to receive an email showing they are now an agent of a QPD and can log in as the QPD?

| Admin - Custodian, QPD Association | TSP- 669 The existing ‘Custodian’ tab has a subtab ‘QPD’ where QPDs are associated with the Custodian. This table includes a status for each QPD of ‘Active’ and ‘Inactive’. A new QPD status of ‘Active – QPD Agent’ will be added. If ‘Active – QPD Agent’ is chosen, any users associated with the Custodian will have access to the QPD. If we move a status from ‘Active’ to ‘Active-QPD Agent’ does the user need to receive an email showing they are now an agent of a QPD and can log in as the QPD? Yes. Active QPD and Custodian Users should receive an email notification if/when status’s change.

Authorized signature form- from treasury: “Process: User form is emailed to SAFE, who then sets up users. This email is sent when user is made active”
