Customers have 15 days to download their documents from the Secretary of State's website after they purchase them.

Payment/Refund Issues
No refunds are allowed, unless the transaction was processed due to an application or technical error. Such cases should be forwarded to Alabama Interactive at support@alabamainteractive.org

Result/Document Issues
Users is presented with the certificate in the form of a pdf hyperlink on the receipt confirmation page. The user is also sent an email with a copy of their receipt and a link to download the documents.
When documents are illegible/corrupt/Image could not be found. Have the user email support@alabamainteractive.org

Login Issues
Reset passwords for subscribers. Have subscribers email the request to support@alabamainteractive.org
