15 day policy
Customers have 15 days to download their documents from the Secretary of State's website after they purchase them. Notices will NOT be mailed. They must use this website to retrieve their certificate. After 15 days, documents must be repurchased.

Allow users to pre-file their formation data for Domestic entities: Business Corporation, Nonprofit Corporation, LLC, LP, LLP, LLLP

Previously only Domestic LLCs were able to pre-file online. This has now been updated to include the other Domestic entity types mentioned above.
Payment/Refund Issues
Refund policy:
No refunds allowed, unless the transaction was processed due to an application or technical error. In such cases fill out of Refund Request form or have the customer email support@alabamainteractive.org
Result/Document Issues
User is presented with the their pre-fling in the form of a pdf hyperlink on the receipt confirmation page. The user is also sent an email with a copy of their receipt and a link to download the fling.
Login Issues
For password resets for subscribers, have subscribers email the request to subscriptions@alabamainteractive.org
