Application Description & URL
This service allows users to purchase voter list information online. At the end of the transaction, they will be able to download a file with the information they selected.
Code of Alabama (1975), section 17-4-38 provides that the Office of the Secretary of State shall provide access to lists and voter history information contained on the central computer to anyone making application, and there shall be a uniform charge for the production of voter lists.
Payment/Refund Issues
Refund policy:
No refunds allowed, unless the transaction was processed due to an application or technical error. In such cases fill out of Refund Request form or have the customer email support@alabamainteractive.org
Users must certify they recognize the voter list they purchase is a direct reflection of the selections made in the creation of their list and that all voter information sales are final. Users have 7 days from the time of purchasing the list to download and save the information purchased, after which the information purchased will expire. If they are unable to download or access the list within the seven day period, they will be required to re-submit payment to purchase the list in the same manner as a new list request.
