If the customer is in the process of renewing their license and discover their education hours are not correct, or have duplicate courses entered.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Determine whether the issue is due to a duplicate course entry, or a course not being listed. 
  2. You can direct the licensee to the Continuing Education Log for them to edit their entries, https://www.alabamainteractive.org/asbl_pels_ce
    1. Once logged into this site the licensee will be able to add/edit any courses for the current license renewal period.
    2. After they have made changes to their hours on this site, they will need to return to the License Renewal application and start a new session to have those changes take effect.
  3. If the customer cannot log into the Education Log, or is unable to edit their hours for themselves.
  4. Get the information for any courses that need to be added/removed.
    1. Date of Activity
    2. Sponsoring Organizations Name
    3. Location of Activity (city)
    4. Location of Activity (state)
    5. Title / Description
    6. Instructor / Speaker's Name
  5. Gather the licensee's license number, and name
  6. Create a Further Information Required form, providing us with the above information.
  7. We will adjust their hours and notify the licensee once this is complete.
