Payment/Refund Issues

Refund policy: 

All refunds must be approved by the Department of Revenue.  Please create a Refund Request ticket for customer who are requesting a refund.

 

Result/Document Issues

Once a request is submitted, the Alabama Department of Revenue Business Privilege Tax Division will process the request with 24-48 hours.

  • Certificates will NOT be mailed. Customers must return to the website to retrieve their certificate.
  • Customers may check the status of their request at any time by returning to the site and selecting the "Check the Status of my Request" link and entering the request code issued with their receipt.
