Problem

If Alabama Interactive has confirmed a service is not running as expected and every caller is having an issue, agents should say the following to callers.  

Solution

The agent should tell the caller:

“We are currently experiencing a minor, technical issue.  The issue will be resolved as soon as possible.  We apologize for the inconvenience, but you will need to try again later.  If you would like further information, call 1-866-353-3468 or email support@alabamainteractive.org.“

Do NOT give specific time frames/times as to when the site will be available again.

For example, do NOT say: “We hope to have it available again before 5pm."
