Customers have 15 days to download their documents from the Secretary of State's website after they purchase them. . Notices will NOT be mailed. They must use this website to retrieve their certificate. After 15 days, documents must be repurchased.

Payment/Refund Issues
No refunds allowed, unless unless the transaction was processed due to an application or technical error. Such cases should be forwarded to Alabama Interactive at support@alabamainteractive.org In such cases fill out of Refund Request form or have the customer email support@alabamainteractive.org
Result/Document Issues
Users is are presented with the certificate in the form of a pdf hyperlink on the receipt confirmation page. The user is also sent an email with a copy of their receipt and a link to download the documents.
When documents are illegible/corrupt /Image or the image could not be found. Have , fill out a Further Action Required form or have the user email email support@alabamainteractive.org.
SOS- How can I get a copy of a previously purchased name reservation certificate?
