Customers have 15 days to download their documents from the Secretary of State's website after they purchase them. Notices will NOT be mailed. They must use this website to retrieve their certificate. After 15 days, documents must be repurchased. |

Result/Document Issues
Users is are presented with the certificate in the form of a pdf hyperlink on the receipt confirmation page. The user is also sent an email with a copy of their receipt and a link to download the documents.
When documents are illegible/corrupt /Image or the image could not be found. Have , fill out a Further Action Required form or have the user email email support@alabamainteractive.org .
