Step-by-step guide

- Customer must submit the request in writing to subscriptions@alabamainteractive.org along with a copy of their current business or professional license
- Once received, create a 'Note' on the customer's account using the written request from the subscription email.
- If a subscription does not exist on CDB, create one for the appropriate subscription service.
- If a customer admin account doesn't exist, create one and add the web access group of the sub services they are requesting.
- Check the subscription registration menu and upload their license to send it off to the agency for approval
