Customers have 15 days to download their documents from the Secretary of State's website after they purchase them. Notices will NOT be mailed. They must use this website to retrieve their certificate. After 15 days, documents must be repurchased. |

The Alabama Secretary of State now offers lenders or businesses who frequently submit UCC-1 and/or UCC-3 filings online access. This system also allows you to process UCC Searches faster and more conveniently. |
Payment/Refund Issues
No refunds allowed, unless the transaction was processed due to an application or technical error. In such cases fill out of Refund Request form or have the customer email support@alabamainteractive.org
Non-subscribers can pay by credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express).
Subscriber payments will automatically be debited through your *ACH (Bank account).
Login Issues
For password resets for subscribers, have subscribers email the request to subscriptions@alabamainteractive.org
For access to this service, subscribers will need:
- A bank account that will allow for ACH debits
- A credit card to set-up the account (not used for regular billing).
- Bank accounts will be debited daily as the service is used.
- The user can go to the following link to become a subscriber: If the user is not already on the UCC homepage, he can follow these steps to become a subscriber. (There is a link to sign up on the UCC homepage.)
- Go to www.alabama.gov
- Click Professional in the middle of the page
- In the Online Services section on the right side, click Subscriptions
