Payment/Refund Issues
No refunds are allowed, unless the transaction was processed due to an application or technical error. Such cases should be forwarded to Alabama Interactive at In such cases fill out of Refund Request form or have the customer email support@alabamainteractive.org
Result/Document Issue
Users is presented with the their fling in the form of a pdf hyperlink on the receipt confirmation page. The user is also sent an email with a copy of their receipt and a link to download the fling.
When documents are illegible/corrupt or the image could not be found, fill out a Further Action Required form or have the user email support@alabamainteractive.org.
Login Issues
For password resets for subscribers, have subscribers email the request to subscriptions@alabamainteractive.org
SOS FLLC Online Filing - Why doesn't the website recognize my RES ID (ie. Reservation ID)
