Payment/Refund Issues
None No refunds allowed, unless unless the transaction was processed due to an application or technical error. Such cases should be forwarded to Alabama Interactive at In such cases fill out of Refund Request form or have the customer email support@alabamainteractive.org

Result/Document Issues
Users is present presented with the documents certificate in the form of a pdf hyperlink on the receipt confirmation page. The user is also sent an email with a copy of their receipt and a link to download the documents.
When documents are unavailable for purchase (ie. no search results), we can request the document from SOS via AI/SOS transfer website: http://arc-sos.state.al.us/cgi/aiupload.mbr/main. Documents typically take 15-30 minutes to complete the transfer once submitted.
Occasionally documents will be illegible/corrupt/Image could not be found. Have the user email support@alabamainteractive.org
Login Issues
Reset passwords for subscribers. Have subscribers email their password reset request to support@alabamainteractive.org
