Problem
User has purchased a UCC Document document(s) and is stating the file unable to view/print thing filing because the PDF is corrupt or the file is image could not be found.
Solution

- Have the customer save the pdf file to their desktop, then open it.
- Sometimes the web browser will distort the image.
- If the customer email support@alabamainteractive.org with their document is still unavailable to the customer, open up a ticket.
- Please get the receipt confirmation number, UCC filing number and
the filing dates for the missing UCC- date of the document.
